These Terms and Conditions explain how our services work and what you can expect when you choose us for automotive repair, programming, diagnostics, and workshop services in Dubai. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms, which help ensure clarity and a smooth experience for both you and our team.
Definitions
- Radiant Car Workshop refers to our automotive workshop operating in Dubai.
- Client refers to the vehicle owner or authorized person requesting services.
- Vehicle refers to any car brought to Radiant Car Workshop for inspection, repair, programming, or related services.
- Services refer to all diagnostic, programming, repair, calibration, and workshop services provided by Radiant Car Workshop.
Eligibility
- Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
- Clients must provide valid identification and vehicle ownership or authorization details when requested.
- Vehicles must be legally registered and insured as required under UAE law.
Bookings and Appointments
- Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, website enquiry, or in person.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is delivered at the agreed time.
- Any delay or rescheduling should be communicated in advance to avoid service disruption.
Scope of Services
Radiant Car Workshop provides automotive services including but not limited to:
- ECU programming and coding
- ECU repair and diagnostics
- Car key and immobilizer programming
- Calibration and advanced system programming
- Engine and gearbox diagnostics and repair
- Electrical and electronic system services
- General workshop services and inspections
Services are performed based on vehicle condition and diagnostic findings.
Estimates and Authorization
- Before starting work, an estimate is shared whenever possible based on initial inspection or diagnostics.
- Estimates are indicative and may change if additional faults or requirements are identified during service.
- No repair or programming work will be carried out without client approval.
- Additional work requires separate authorization before proceeding.
Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or other approved methods.
- Radiant Car Workshop reserves the right to retain the vehicle until full payment is received, in accordance with UAE law.
Vehicle Retention and Storage
If a vehicle is not collected after service completion and payment notification, storage charges may apply. Radiant Car Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by client non response or non payment.
Warranties
Warranty on parts and labor is provided only when specifically stated and depends on the nature of the service and components used.
- Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or work performed by third parties after service.
- Software programming and coding results may vary based on vehicle condition and manufacturer limitations.
Limitations of Liability
- Radiant Car Workshop is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
- Clients are advised to remove valuables before handing over the vehicle.
- We are not liable for indirect losses or damages beyond the scope of the service performed.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except in cases of proven negligence.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must disclose accurate vehicle history and known issues.
- Clients must ensure the vehicle is safe to drive or transport to the workshop.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining valid insurance coverage for the vehicle.
Data and Privacy
Client personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information is used only for service coordination, communication, and legal compliance. We do not sell or misuse customer data.
Service Delays
Service timelines provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to parts availability, technical complexity, or additional diagnostic requirements. Radiant Car Workshop is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Radiant Car Workshop reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective once published on our website or communicated to clients. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should first be addressed through discussion and mutual resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to remain valid.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between the client and Radiant Car Workshop regarding services provided.
